Director and Chartered Engineer Leonard Brennan has over 19 years experience in the construction industry. He began his career with Atkins Ireland (formerly McCarthy & Partners) working on a series of road and infrastructure projects such as the Longford By-Pass and N7 Kill & Johnstown Interchanges.

 Leonard spent much of his career at Michael Punch & Partners (MPP) rising to Regional Director level. At MPP he managed a diverse range of infrastructural, private and public residential and commercial developments in Ireland and has gained an excellent record of achievement in the design and delivery of complex projects including: 

•  €1 billion Ballymun Regeneration (Poppintree Area)

•  €70 million Carrickmines Manor Development, Dublin

• Tesco Clearwater, Dublin

• Department of Agriculture Decentralisation Offices Wexford

 

Leonard has a strong passion for sustainable design and led the drive for the ISO 14001 Environmental Standard accreditation in his former practice.
