Managing Director and Chartered Engineer Tim Murnane has over 17 years experience in the construction industry. His career began in London where Tim worked for one of the largest Consultancy in the world, Arup. Tim worked on projects in the UK such as the £5 billion Channel Tunnel Rail Link and the £300m West Quay Shopping Centre in Southampton. He also worked on international projects such as the £3 billion BERTS project (Bangkok Elevated Road and Train System) and the £2 billion West Rail Project in Hong Kong. As part of his Institution of Civil Engineers graduate training programme he then worked for the contractors Kier Group on Crystal Court which was a £7 million eight storey central London office block.  

Tim then returned to Ireland where he was a Regional Director with Michael Punch and Partners (MPP). With MPP Tim was Lead Civil/Structural Engineer on some of the most prestigious projects in Ireland including: 

  •  €450m Beacon South Quarter project in Sandyford,

  •  €70m Wellpark complex in Galway (including the G Hotel), 

  •  €60m Gallery Quay project in the Dublin Docklands

  •  €1bn Marina Commercial Park Redevelopment in the Cork Docklands
