Cork Office Manager Liam Lonergan has over 16 years experience in the construction industry, he began his career with RPS (formerly M.C. O’ Sullivans) in 1995 working on a series of drainage and watermain projects including the Carrigaline Waste Water Treatment Plant and Cobh Water Tower. In 1997 Liam moved to Moylan & Associates (Waterman Group) in Dublin where he worked on  large scale housing projects such as Ongar Village in Blanchardstown, Co Dublin, residential development at Ashtown, Co. Dublin and a 1600 unit mixed use development at Grange, Donaghmeade, Co. Dublin. In 2005 Liam joined Michael Punch and Partners where he worked in the Cork office on a number of large scale projects including:

• Community Nursing Unit(CNU) Ballincollig and Farranlea Road Cork.

• Tesco Wilton, Cork.

• €1m Sports Pavillion at Waterford Institute of Technology.

• €1 billion Ballymun Regeneration (Poppintree Area).

• €13m Castlefen Housing.
