Dublin Office Manager Hopewell Kawonza has over 16 years experience in the construction industry. Hopewell has an Executive MBA and an Advanced Diploma in Project Management and a Diploma in Civil Engineering. His career began in Zimbabwe where he worked for one of the largest Consultancy in the world, Arup and also a leading Consultancy, Brian Colquhoun Hugh O'Donnell and Partners. In 2000, Hopewell moved to Ireland and has worked with international consultants Arup and Jacobs Engineering as well as Irish consultants Michael Punch and Partners and O'Connor Sutton Cronin.

Hopewell has worked on an extensive portfolio of high profile projects in both Ireland, USA and Africa including:

•  €450m Beacon South Quarter project in Sandyford,

•  €20m Gorey Civic Offices,

•  €140m Cork Aer Rianta Airport  

•  €250m Intel Ireland FAB24
